Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans renew until cancelled. Use the secure billing portal to manage or cancel a subscription. A scheduled cancellation normally keeps recurring access until the end of the provider-confirmed paid period. Cancelling is separate from a refund request and does not automatically erase your account or draft.
One-time kits
The ₹150 / $7 package is paid once and does not renew. It includes a hosted bio link and a fixed PDF of the saved kit at checkout, without automatic statistics refresh. Later edits to a hosted kit do not alter the purchased PDF. There is no monthly subscription to cancel for this package.
Payment problems and refund requests
Contact support with your order reference, account email and a description of the issue if you were charged twice, the paid service was not provided, or a purchase did not work as described. Do not send passwords, card numbers or CVV codes. Refund eligibility and any request window will be confirmed in the final launch policy; this draft does not introduce a blanket no-refund restriction. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Pending and failed payments
An order can remain pending while the payment provider confirms it. Do not start repeated checkouts or pay again solely because a return page has not updated. Use the payment-status page or contact support. Unsubmitted valid checkouts may be resumed; submitted payments must be checked before attempting another purchase.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider to the eligible original payment method. Processing times depend on the provider, payment method and bank; CoolCards.in does not promise a fixed bank settlement time. A full refund or unresolved dispute can suspend the related one-time hosted link and PDF access. An unrelated valid subscription or purchase keeps its own entitlement.
