Using CoolCards.in
CoolCards.in is a product by PS TECH GLOBAL (www.pstechglobal.com). It helps creators build a single-page media kit, share a hosted link and download an eligible PDF. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use accounts and content you are entitled to control. The local preview is a pre-launch service; features marked as planned are not delivered features.
Your account and security
Provide accurate account details, keep your password private, and do not share access or impersonate another person. Account email and optional phone are private and separate from the contact details you choose to publish. We may restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud or security incidents. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your kit and content
You retain rights to content you own. You give us the permission needed to store, display, process and export the content you submit to provide the service. Obtain permission for third-party images, videos, logos and testimonials. Do not fabricate follower counts, engagement, partnerships or endorsements. Creator-entered metrics are labeled as creator-provided.
Plans, payment and renewal
Monthly plans renew at the price, currency and frequency confirmed at checkout until cancelled through the billing portal. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown before payment. The ₹150 / $7 one-time kit includes a hosted bio link and a fixed PDF of the saved kit at purchase, with no automatic statistics refresh or renewal. Editing the hosted kit does not change an already purchased PDF snapshot. A purchase is activated only after server verification of payment.
Publishing, PDFs and external platforms
Your draft stays private until you explicitly publish it. Anyone with a public kit link may view or share it. PDFs and other copies you send to others cannot be recalled by unpublishing your kit. Work links open the original external platform. Automatic statistics require supported, authorized social connections and the relevant subscription; platform permissions and outages can affect availability.
AI assistance
Where enabled, AI suggests permitted copy and design changes. Review accuracy, rights and suitability before applying or publishing a suggestion. AI does not verify the truth of a creator’s claims, guarantee brand deals, or replace social-platform statistics. Plan quotas and available AI features are shown before purchase.
Acceptable use and service limits
Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, scams, credential theft, malware, unauthorized scraping or attempts to bypass access controls. Service availability may be affected by maintenance and external providers. We do not promise any specific sponsorship, earnings or campaign result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Cancellation, refunds and account requests
Review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals according to the provider-confirmed schedule; it does not delete your account. Access to recurring features depends on your paid period. A separate valid one-time purchase continues to provide its own hosting entitlement. Account deletion and data requests are handled through support.
